The insurance provided by the lessor includes comprehensive coverage with passenger accident cover, in compliance with the terms and conditions of the insurance company. However, the lessee is obliged to pay insurance excess in the event of an accident caused by the lessee, a missing third party, or if the hired vehicle is totally lost.
